Damages or problems in the face-up after the package is received at your home, are not my responsibility, for which you will not be able to request a refund as it is a handmade work, remember that the face-up of dolls are delicate. My service may last for years, but it is not eternal.

In the case of mishandling by the owner and the makeup or modifications are damaged, a refund is not possible. Previous point.

If you want a custom doll, but you don't have the parts, I can get the parts, it has an additional cost.

Wigs made with acrylic hair cannot be washed, they run the risk of being ruined, losing their shape or part of the hair.

I cannot accept pieces with deterioration or damage, since I do not carry out the restoration service.
