Include in the message: type of doll (bjd, vinyl, brand, model, size), important details for the face-up service you need (colors, modifications, tattoos, etc.), payment, estimated date that is required to be ready.

Attach reference images to the email, or an access link to a Drive folder (I do not accept RAR, PDF or other files)

Include the shipping address (Country, city) It is to confirm if it is possible to send the flight package to your country

Payment methods that I accept: Paypal, stripe or bank transfer (the last one is only for Chile).

The price does not include the Fees of the payment method. They are added to the invoice at the time of collection.

I reserve the right to receive or reject your commission.

If you want to send your doll head to my address, the shipment must include a tracking number.

I am not responsible for the loss of shipments, the shipping company is responsible for refunds.

I don't copy the style of other artists.

I only ship with a tracking number, the services available are International Small Package, EMS, Currier.

The shipment will be made after the payment for the shipments, since it will depend on the volume or type of shipment that you choose.

In case I return the shipment of your package to my home, I must charge the new shipment to your home to send it.

Damages or problems in the face-up after the package is received at your home, are not my responsibility, for which you will not be able to request a refund as it is a handmade work, remember that the face-up of dolls are delicate. My service may last for years, but it is not eternal.

In the case of mishandling by the owner and the makeup or modifications are damaged, a refund is not possible. Previous point.

If you want a custom doll, but you don't have the parts, I can get the parts, it has an additional cost.

Wigs made with acrylic hair cannot be washed, they run the risk of being ruined, losing their shape or part of the hair.

I cannot accept pieces with deterioration or damage, since I do not carry out the restoration service.
